Jamie often said it was about time there was some anarchy back on the streets. We started proofing these incredible Anarchy flag prints before Jamie passed, going through three print proofs before he was happy. Although Jamie’s artwork gave the appearance of immediacy and damn the consequences, he was a meticulous and concerned that certain things should be ‘just right’, and it was important to him that these prints were correct. We had worked with Jamie to produce the ‘Artificial’ prints in NYC in 1997 and were very happy to reminisce with Jamie about that endeavour.

Jamie produced a lot of prints, but few were handcrafted screen prints. We felt it important to produce prints that were or the highest quality, so we returned to K2 in London, who had printed the previous edition of Black Anarchy’s which Jamie was very happy with. This classic artwork was produced by K2 in two sizes - a classic 67 × 100cm and a spectacular 100 × 150cm.

Sadly Jamie passed away before he was able to sign these editions. Nevertheless, each print has been carefully numbered on the front and stamped on the back with Jamie’s Arcova Trust stamp, his original 1997 OVA stamp and his beloved hare. Additionally each print features Jamie’s OVA blind stamp.
